I recently became part of the Good Cook blogging group and so excited to share my first Good Cook creation with you. Good Cook sent me a Sweet Creations Mini Loaf pan with snowflake parchment paper. At first, I was going to make something sweet but my husband and I love meatloaf and no one else likes it so it was a chance for me to make small ones without having a lot of waste.

With the Good Cook Sweet Creations Mini Loaf Pan you can make an assortment of different things such as breads, meatloaf, sweet loaves and savory dishes. In addition, this loaf pan is non-stick, which in turn makes for very easy clean up and you do not have to worry about your creation being stuck to the pan.

You can use any kind of cheese you want to this recipe. I first used Mexican mix shredded cheese and then used a slice of sharp cheddar for the filling. Use half of the mix, then add a slice of cheddar, and then put the remaining meat mixture on top. For my glaze, I used a mix of ketchup and brown sugar.

Good Cook is giving Tricia’s Treasures readers a chance to win their very own Mini Loaf Sweet Creations pan and Snowflake Parchment Paper. Good Cook is also offering my readers a 25% off coupon to use on your purchase. Use code SWEETLOAF at checkout!

Comment below and tell me what creation are you looking forward to making in this pan if you win.

This giveaway is only open to US and will begin 12/09/13 and end on 12/18/13 at 11:59pm est.
