Now that School is here we want our children’s clothes smelling fresh and clean. It is important to me to keep their clothes looking great and with no lingering odors. I had the opportunity to try the new OxiClean Detergent and I was quite surprised at the results I had.
Typically, when I notice a spot on my kids clothes I use shout, or bleach if it is white. I always pre-treat their clothes before throwing them in the washing machine. With the OxiClean detergent, it fights even the toughest dried on stains. Normally when a stain is dried on no matter how many times you put shout or other stain fighting product it does not take it out completely. OxiClean will even take out the dried on stain.
Powered by three color-safe OxiClean™ stain-fighters, the thick, rich formula penetrates fabrics to deep clean and help remove a wide range of tough, dried-on stains! Use it on all of your laundry to get brilliant whites and vivid brights. It’s the news your clothes have been waiting for. This is available in Fresh Scent and Perfume & Dye Free.

Arm & Hammer Baking Soda has been around for over 165 years. With their countless uses no other brand can do a better job than Arm & Hammer. When I researched to find different uses for Arm & Hammer baking soda I was amazed. I never knew all the practical uses it had. I have been using it in my laundry detergent to keep away odors and I have always kept a box in my fridge to keep my fridge smelling fresh. I can remember when my dad was around and he had what he would call sour stomach would put a teaspoon of baking soda in 4-6 Oz of warm water and drink. He claimed it always helped with acid indigestion. I always buy shampoo that is on sale, so while it may not be the best shampoo and I sometimes tend to just use one brand until it is gone which does not help with residue build-up. If you sprinkle a little baking soda in your hand with shampoo it will help remove any shampoo residue build-up in your hair.
