The New Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles game has launched beside the new Paramount Picture Film Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles.  My son loves the Ninja Turtles, however, when he saw the commercial for the new movie, right away he said those are not the original Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles. He is only 7 and amazed me as he is right they do not look the same. Even though they do not look like the Ninja Turtles we used to grow up with he still enjoys them and was very excited to try the game.

Capture                                                                                                   Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles is a third-person action video game that features the events of the film of the same name with the super hero, martial-arts-practicing, and pizza-loving turtles. Stirring up trouble from his secret laboratory, mad scientist Baxter Stockman has created a legion of savage mutants and robotic drones to unleash upon New York City. Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles is a fast-paced hack-and-slash game with a diverse of weapons, abilities, and RPG components.

Shell Up- Players can easily swap between any of the four turtles Leonardo, Raphael, Michelangelo, and Donatello. Each one has his own strengths, offering choices for players in how to use them effectively. Leonardo is a balanced fighter in close quarters while Mikey’s speed, chained weapons, and projectiles are better for ranged attackers. Strong-headed Raph dishes out heavy single-target damage and takes it in return, unlike the more thoughtful Donnie, who can hack electronics while juggling groups at a distance with his staff.

Turtle Attack- Earn experience and level up unlocks shell-shocking skills that players cab apply to their Turtle with newly gained stat point. You can find weapons and other materials around New York or you can craft weapons by using the materials at the Turtles’s Lair.

Protect the Big Apple- Evildoers have emerged from every shadow to spread chaos and terror across New York. Players must navigate the streets, subways, and sewers to fight against the evils of the world. Discover hidden paths that allow for light exploration and collectible hunting, some which can only be opened with each Turtles’s unique abilities.

pic1pic2                                                                                         My son really enjoys this game and is favorite character is Leonardo because Leonardo is more of a leader and wields two sharp swords. He liked being able to swap between all of the turtles easily as he can never decide on one character for too long to play. I am not big into the fighting games so he had to play this for a while and help me understand it.
