From the creators of Halo and the publisher of Call of Duty, Activision, comes Destiny the next evolution in interactive entertainment and an epic adventure unlike anything players have experienced before. In Destiny you are a Guardian of the last city on Earth, able to wield amazing powers and explore the ancient ruins of the solar system, from the red dunes of Mars to Venus. Discover all that was lost and become a legend.

When you first start to play you will want to make your character. The races include Exo, Awoken and Human. There is no benefit to being male or female and choosing any of the races. Next, you will want to choose your class. There is three classes to pick from. Hunter, Warlock, or Titan. Each class has different abilities and strengths. You start with 2 skills, one is your primary and the second is subclass which unlock at level 15. At that time you then can pick another class.

There are several different modes to play. You can choose Crucible, which is PVP (player verse player), Patrol, which you will explore the map and be free of any quests, Story mode you will complete missions and quests in order.

My son and husband are both big gamers. I used to play with my husband Dark Age of Camelot. This game reminds me of playing Dark Age of Camelot because of the MMO style of the game (Massive Multiplayer Online) Both the FPS and MMO style makes this game unique and fun. I always loved PVP and also like how you can choose to do PvE if you do not like that type of play style.

Raid is a co-op mode is for a group of six high level players. When doing raids you will need to create your own team without adding random players. Raids are very difficult, thus why you need to be higher level to participate in them.

Visit Old Russia, and make your way to defeating enemies using grenades and other special abilities. Explore is an activity where you can visit and revisit worlds to fight enemies for upgrades, scout for loot and gear, take on missions offered by the City’s various fractions, and link up with other Guardians roaming the frontier.
My son really enjoyed the game. He has played it for quite some time and loved the ability to do PVP and PvE He also enjoyed being able to use different spacecraft and visiting the solar system. My son loved the multi-player aspect of the game as most games he plays are mult-iplayer. If you like First person shooter games or MMO games you may enjoy this game. I like how both elements are mixed together and give it a whole new experience for the RPG gamer. Check out Destiny online.
