Disclaimer: This post is sponsored by Lunchbox. All opinions are my own. As summer is quickly approaching and Memorial Day is around the corner, I always think of BBQ’s and finding light and fun recipes to make. I enjoy summer food much more than winter foods because grilling is so much easier and does not heat your house up. In addition, my husband loves to grill more than I like to cook in the kitchen!
Let Kraft help you celebrate this summer with the Kick Off Your Summer Cookbook. This cookbook has many delicious recipes that feature fruity, salty, savory, sweet treats, and more. Download the FREE Kraft Kick Off Your Summer Cookbook today(Automatic download) as we do not know how long it will be around for. You do not want to miss this! (I downloaded mine!) One of my favorite recipes to do in the summer is the Philadelphia Fruit Pizza. Do not knock it until you have tried it! This recipe is light and tasty. When I first had it my friend made it and I could not believe how great tasting this was. I then made it for my family and of course I got a lot of glares and ewwws along the way. Once it was finished, I told my kids they had to try it before they could say anything negative. Well to their surprise they loved it, and now ask me to make this every summer.
