(I downloaded mine!)  One of my favorite recipes to do in the summer is the Philadelphia Fruit Pizza. Do not knock it until you have tried it! This recipe is light and tasty. When I first had it my friend made it and I could not believe how great tasting this was. I then made it for my family and of course I got a lot of glares and ewwws along the way. Once it was finished, I told my kids they had to try it before they could say anything negative. Well to their surprise they loved it, and now ask me to make this every summer. fruit pizza

Ingredients:

1pkg. (16.5 oz. each) refrigerated sliceable cookies, sliced

1pkg. (8 oz. each) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened

1/4cup sugar

1/2tsp. vanilla

cups assorted fresh fruit (kiwi and strawberry slices, red & black raspberries, drained canned mandarin oranges)

1/4 cup apricot preserves, pressed through sieve to remove lumps

1Tbsp. water
