What is Christmas without having an elf around? I always played up with my kids about elves in the walls and how they are always listening and if they are bad they report to Santa. They think it is so funny and sometimes we would knock on the walls when one of the kids was not listening and say did you hear the elves knocking? We told them that is their way of letting them know they are around listening. We thought it would be fun to have a little elf around to keep the Christmas spirit alive with the elf concept that we have been doing over the years.
The Elf Workshoppe wants to bring Christmas to life with magical Elves and fun accessories. The elf sets are hand painted and of great quality so that you can enjoy your elf for many years. When we first got the elf my 9-year-old said oh mom, not again! Not another elf, are you serious mom? Yes, I am serious because I feel everyone needs a cute, mischievous elf this time of year. My 9-year-old ended up loving the elf at the end of the day and did find the elf doing some mischievous things like….
Playing in our Christmas tree! We do not mind him hanging out wherever he wants to, as long as he doesn’t get into too much trouble. As you know elves are Santa’s helpers so we want to make sure we are good through the year. Elves love to be snuggled so snuggle with your elf at night when you’re feeling like needing a hug. Put the elf on your nightstand, or read it a story before you go to bed. Elves should never be stuck on a shelf and not touched as the elves love to be hugged and touched to bring the magic of Christmas.
As you may know elves love to play games and they also love sugar. If you do not keep an eye on your elf, you may find him….
Hanging out in the cereal box with his feet hanging out. As you can see our elf is a playful rascal at times, but he sure keeps the kids on their toes and brings a lot of cheer to the household. There are a variety of elves you can choose on The Elf Workshop such as boy elves with blonde or brunette hair and girls with blonde or brunette hair. Each elf will come in their own elf sack. Your elf may want to make its way back to the north pole after Christmas so be sure to pick up a sleigh or one of the other cute transportation accessories such as a cruiser, train, and even a reindeer for his sleigh.
Do you have an elf story you would like to share? I would love to hear it in the comments.
