Top 3 Pumpkin Baby Food Recipes for Fall

Fall is in the air, and there’s no better time to introduce baby to the delicious flavors of the season, like butternut squash, cranberries, and – a classic favorite – pumpkin!   1. Parsnip and Sugar Pumpkin Puree




  • 8 oz. (1 cup) fresh sugar pumpkin cubes
  • 1 parsnip (chopped)
  • Pinch of ground nutmeg
  • 1 tsp chopped fresh chives




  1. Put the pumpkin cubes and parsnip in the steamer basket
  2. Pour water into the tank (level 1)
  3. Begin cooking according to Babycook® directions
  4. Once the parsnip and pumpkin cubes are soft, put them in a blending bowl and mash with a fork until smooth
  5. Sprinkle the nutmeg and chives no top

  3. Begin cooking process
