  1. Parsnip and Sugar Pumpkin Puree

 

Ingredients:

 

  • 8 oz. (1 cup) fresh sugar pumpkin cubes
  • 1 parsnip (chopped)
  • Pinch of ground nutmeg
  • 1 tsp chopped fresh chives

 

Directions:

 

  1. Put the pumpkin cubes and parsnip in the steamer basket
  2. Pour water into the tank (level 1)
  3. Begin cooking according to Babycook® directions
  4. Once the parsnip and pumpkin cubes are soft, put them in a blending bowl and mash with a fork until smooth
