For many years Toyota was dormant with the cries of drivers for a new Supra. Finally, in 2020 Toyota is delivering their demands to the customer’s doors. Three different models are being offered to the consumers, starting with the high-end Launch Edition. While there is much cost difference between the three editions, each is geared towards different tastes.
All three editions come with the inline-six cylinders pushing 335 horsepower and 365 pounds of torque. Again, all three comes with an eight-speed automatic transmission with paddle shifters, launch control, and gear shifter with manual mode standard.
Most of the differences are in the accessories and wheels that are placed on the vehicle. The lower two models come standard with twin-toned 19-inch forged-aluminum twin-spoke wheels while the Launch Edition comes with a black matte finish. Other differences is the lower model comes with standard black Alcantra leather-trimmed seats and the two higher models come with black leather-trimmed sport seats.
While the interior features are providing to be slightly different from the base model to the higher two models, it is important to realize that all three models offer the same type of engine performance of a 4.1 zero to sixty speed. There is only one slight difference in gear ratio in the second gear of 3.363 vs 3.36 compared to the upper two models. So depending upon what you would prefer in your vehicle from audio and feature sets within the audio and comfort is to which package you should decide upon.
