This is my Bread machine it is a Black and Decker and I absolutely love it! I can make up to 1.5lbs. It has 9 functions to this machine. Basic, french, jam, wheat, gluten free, sweet, rapid white, dough, and bake. I have had this machine for approx 3 months and have made pizza dough, dinner rolls, breadstick dough, and various types of bread. Most bread machines the paddle on the bottle will occasionally get stuck in the bread. However, I have not had that issue with this one. You can set the type of crust in 3 settings, light, medium, and dark. There is also a delayed timer button if you want to add ingredients at bed and then wake up to fresh bread in the morning. (do not put milk or eggs for the delayed timer). This machine also has a keep warm button. However, I do not use it as my bread got wet from sitting to long.. I really enjoy this machine and hope that maybe others will enjoy reading about it and try this great recipe.
The last picture is my dough starting to rise for my dinner rolls. Dinner rolls recipe

1/2 tsp salt
2 1/2 cups bread flour
2 1/4 tsp bread machine yeast

put on dough setting and takes 1 hour 40 minutes. Take dough out and put on plate with flour cover and let rise for 30 minutes. Cut into pieces and roll into circles, put on greased cookie sheet, cover and let rise 45 minutes. Bake in oven on 375 for 12 minutes until golden brown. Put brushed butter on top. Yummo!!
